Thank you for your interest concerning the Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ). To faciliate application and permission for the JCQ, we have placed electronic files on the Web. These documents help us to create and maintain a database of researchers using the JCQ and to facilitate communication between researchers. As before, for many users - students and small studies, the use of the JCQ is free of charge. For larger users, we have changed the policy related to the cost of using the JCQ to reflect the levels of country's economical development and researcher's status/affiliation. We suggest several ways to pay for so that you choose the most convenient way for you.
Step 1: Before ordering a copy of the JCQ, please read the JCQ Users Policy.
Step 2: Download two forms:
Step 3: Fill out and return the two forms to the JCQ centers by e-mail or fax or mail.
After reviewing your submitted documents above, the JCQ center will send you an official JCQ Permission Form, and the JCQ with the JCQ packet (see the JCQ Users Policy).
The JCQ usage costs are built on several factors so that depending on your status, they will differ (for details, go to Cost Calculator). For the majority of users there is no charge for use of the JCQ (students, small and medium sized academic research projects). For commercial users and research projects with over 500 subjects there are usage charges for the JCQ. Full information about JCQ research background material and standardization data and a schedule of charges will be provided on request.
You can pay for the JCQ usage costs through Paypal or, by check, or by money order or by electric fund transfer (The JCQ usage fees are used in providing the JCQ users with various useful statistical analyses services as well as for supporting the staff of the JCQ center). Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact Sandra Gibson at the JCQ Center at 1-987-3348. For questions relating to fund transfer you may contact the Fleet Bank, directly which can be reached at 1-781-564-4537.
We look forward to supplying you with information that will assist you in your research.
